Class B is the standard passenger-car licence. Class C1 is light commercial. Class C is heavy vehicle. You must hold Class B before training for C1 or C.

No. Test preparation helps you practise for the test. Licence decisions belong to RTSA. RoadStar does not guarantee a pass.
